IN ST. AUGUSTINE, FLORIDA. I WOULD LIKE TO CALL THIS MEETING TO ORDER. THE PUBLIC NOTICE STATEMENTS

THIS THE PUBLIC HEARING WITH REQUIREMENT OF PUBLIC LAW.

PUBLIC WILL BE GIVEN AN OPPORTUNITY TO COMMENT IN THE JURISDICTION AT DESIGNATED TIME DURING THE HEARING.

MY MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC WISHING TO SPEAK MUST INDICATE SO BY FILLING OUT SPEAKER CARD. ANY ADDITIONAL SPEAKER MAY BE HEARD AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CHAIR.

PUBLIC SHALL SPEAK AT TIME DURING THE MEETING ON EACH ITEM FOR THREE MINUTES AS DESIGNATED BYTY CHAIR.

AGENDA ITEM NUMBER ONE FOR THE I-LOS ANGELES PREP ACADEMY PAINT IS REQUEST LOCATED AT 4035A1A SOUTH AND REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING PAINT FINISHES TO MATCH THE EXISTING FACILITY LOCATED TO THE ADJACENT PROPERTIES TO THE NORTH.

>> THIS IS THE EXISTING FACILIT PROVIDED SHOWING THE PAINT SCHEME. THE APPLICANT DID PROVIDE THE PAINT COLORS. UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS CUSTOM PAINT CODE. GIVEN A NAME OR ANYTHING WAS DIFFICULT. THIS WAS THE BEST WE HAVE FOR

THE PAINT COLORS. >> NOTING THAT THIS IS GOING TO PAINT THE BRICK AT BEACHSIDE FRONT AGE HERE.

CERTAINLY THAT WOULD APPEAR TO BE IMPROVEMENT.

THE ONLY QUESTION RAISES IS ISLAND PREP'S COLOR AMONG THE

APPROVED COLORS FOR THIS BOARD? >> THERE IS A SECONDARY LOCATION ALSO ON THE ISLAND. IT'S NOT THIS ONE.

I HAVE IT IN MY STAFF REPORT PICTURE.

IT WAS APPROVED AT SOME POINT. I WAS UNABLE TO FIND THE SPECIFIC PAINT COLOR. IT WAS SO APPROVED SEVERAL YEARS AGO. I DON'T HAVE THE EXACT DATE FOR

I THINK THEY SHOULD PROVIDE US WITH SPECIFICS REGARDING DESIGNATION OF THIS COLOR. SO THAT AT -- YES? [INAUDIBLE] HELLO MICHAEL ISLAND PREP.

THE COLOR THAT I SENT I HIT UP OUR TAYLOR PAINT WHO DID ALL OUR PAINTING. AND I ASKED HIM WHAT THE COLORS WERE. THOSE WERE THE -- THAT'S WHAT HE SENT ME. AND THAT IS SHERWIN WILLIAMS BRAND. WE USE SHERWIN WILLIAMS TO ESTABLISH OUR LIST OF APPROVED COLORS.

AND I'M NOT SAYING WE DISAPROVE. WHAT I'M SAYING GOING FORWARD, WHAT I THINK WOULD BE MOTION APPROPRIATE IS TO HAVE A DESIGNATION OF THIS COLOR'S NAME.

AND WE JUST KEPT THE PAINT COLORS THAT WERE ON THE BUILDING. WE THOUGHT THAT WAS FINE.

THE ONLY THING WE WERE CHANGING WAS THE COLOR OF OUR SIGN.

WHEN THEY SAID THOSE COLORS WERE APPROVED.

WE JUST COLOR MATCHED THOSE COLOR.

THAT'S WHY I DON'T HAVE A NAME. WE COLOR MATCHED THE COLOR AND USED THEM IN THIS LOCATION FOR CONTINUITY AND USE THAT'S WHY WE PLAN ON USING IN THE NEW BUILDING.

AND WITH THOSE THINGS CONSIDERED AS SHE MENTIONED, THE VIEW OF THIS, WHICH I INCLUDED IN STAFF REPORT.

I DON'T BELIEVE I HAVE A SLIDE FOR IT.

SHOWS HOW VISIBLE WINN-DIXIE IS BROADLY FROM THE SCENIC VIEW FROM THE ROADWAY. AND IT IS SUBSTANTIALLY BUFFERED NOT JUST FROM DIRECTION IT FACES BUT FURTHERMORE FROM TREE
