THEY BELIEVE IN HONESTY, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, THEY ARE LOYAL, THEY ARE RIGOROUS AND PROFESSIONALS AND THEY ARE RESULT ORIENTED. FCC HAS OVER 110 YEARS OF MUNICIPAL SERVICE. THE PROPERTY IS CURRENTLY ZONED IW IN A MIXED USE AREA AND ADJACENT TO THE PUBLIC SERVICE AREA AND AN OPEN RURAL AREA.

THIS IS THE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY. WHAT WE ARE SHOWING HERE IS LANDSCAPE OFFERINGS THAT WILL BE PUT IN AS PART OF THE PROJECT. WE ARE ALSO IDENTIFYING EXISTING SIDEWALKS.

SO, THE COMPRESSORS WILL TAKE NATURAL GAS OFF THE UTILITY, COMPRESS PER VEHICLE USE AND IT WILL BE PIPED TO EACH ONE OF THESE POSITIONS WHERE THE VEHICLE IS FUELED OVERNIGHT.

THIS IS SOME CIVIL IMPROVEMENTS, A SWALE WILL BE GOING IN THE PROPERTY TO DIRECT STORM WATER RUNOFF TO THE EXISTING RETENTION AREA ON THE PROPERTY CURRENTLY. THIS IS A DIAGRAM OF A C&G. ONE THING I WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT IS THERE IS NO BULK STORAGE OF FUEL LIKE YOU WOULD SEE IN DIESEL EVERYTHING IS TAKEN OFF UTILITY. IT WILL ALSO CLOSE THIS VALVE, THIS IS THE FIRST PIECE OF EQUIPMENT IN THE PROCESS, THE VALVE WILL SHUT IN EMERGENCY AND STOP GAS FROM COMING INTO THE SITE AND THE LAST TWO SLIDES JUST SOME TYPICAL SIGNAGE THAT YOU WOULD SEE ON THE SITE.
