I AM THE PERSON HE REFERENCED BEFORE, THE LANDLORD OF DOLLAR GENERAL. I RECENTLY GOT THE NOTICE FOR THIS. I DON'T NECESSARILY HAVE AN OBJECTION TO THE SPECIAL USE. I THINK THIS IS AS GOOD AS ANYTHING ELSE THAT WOULD GO THERE.

I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THOUGH BECAUSE WE DID HAVE AN ISSUE LAST YEAR WITH THE PREVIOUS APPLICATION.

NOW THIS WILL ADD MORE TRAFFIC TO THE HOMETOWN LANE WHICH IS A SMALL ROAD. BASICALLY LIKE A DRIVEWAY THAN A THOROUGHFARE. AND THAT IMPACT ON THE IMMEDIATE AREA WILL HEIGHTEN OUR CONCERN WITH WHAT I HAVE TO THE PROPERTY TO THE NORTH. SO NEXT TIME AN APPLICATION COMES IN, WHATEVER IT IS, WHATEVER CONCERNS I HAD, THIS IMPACT WILL HEIGHTEN THOSE CONCERNS.
