WE FOUND NO EVIDENCE OF PROTECTED SPECIES ON THE SIT OR THEIR CRITICAL DATES HABITA ON SITE. WE CHECKED IT AGAINST THE U.S. FISH AND WILDLIFE AND FLORIDA FISH AND WILDLIFE AND CLEARANCE PROCEDURES DETERMINE NO EFFECT ON PROTECTED SPECIES. THE LAST TWO OUT OF THAT WE CONSIDERED AS FAR AS THE CHECKLIST OR FLOOD ZONE THAT I IS NOT AN ISSUE.
