THE PROMOTION COULD COMING BEFORE YOU ARE EXCISIONING MOBILE HOMES WITH SUBSTANTIAL STORM DAMAGE.

THESE HOMEOWNERS HAVE BEEN LIVING IN SUBSTANDARD KINS SINCE HURRICANE MATTHEW. MOST OF THESE MOBILE HOMES B ON SITE PRIOR TO ADOPTING THE ST. JOHNS COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN IN 1990. THE CURRENT ZONING OF THESE MOBILE HOMES FALLS INTO EITHER RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FAMILY OR RESIDENTIAL GENERAL AND REQUIRE A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW MOBILE HOMES. WE WILL BE REQUESTING SPECIAL USE PERMITS FOR THESE LOW AND MODERATE INCOME HOMEOWNER IN ORDER TO REPLACE THEIR EXISTINGG DILAPIDATED MOBILE HOMES WITH A NEW MOBILE HOME.
