PUD 2020-08 Ponte Vedra Self Storage, Request to rezone approximately 2.1 acres of land from Single Family Residential (R-1-C) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow construction of a Self Storage facility, located at the Southwest Corner of SR A1A N and Marsh Landing Parkway.
