THEY'RE NUMBERS SEVEN AND EIGHT IN CONDITIONS AND THEY RELATE TO REALLY COUNTY AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE COUNTY AND J MA, SO LONG AS THEY MEET THOSE AGREEMENTS THAT WOULD BE SOMETHING THAT WOULD GO TO THE BOARD SUBSEQUENT TO YOUR DECISION HERE. NEXT SLIDE, PLEASE? THE RIVERTOWN WATER TREATMENT PLANT PROJECT IS BEING CONSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE AND DISTRIBUTE ADDITIONAL DRINKING WATER TOJ EA SERVICE AREA AND NORTHWEST ST. JOHN'S COUNTY. ONE THING I DID WANT TO NOTE.

I'VE HEARD A FEW QUESTIONS ABOUT POSSIBLE ODOR PROBLEMS FROM PLANT OR THE FACILITIES. ODOR PROBLEMS ARE TYPICALLY ASSOCIATED WITH WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANTS AND THOSE FACILITIES. THIS IS FOR DRINKING WATER PLANT WHERE WE'RE DRAWING WATER OUT OF THE GROUND SO TYPICALLY WE DON'T HAVE ODOR PROBLEMS ON THE PROPERTY.

IF WE CAN GO TO THE NEXT SLIDE, SO I CAN GIVE YOU AN ORIENTATION. THE FACILITY IS LOCATED SOUTH OF GREENBRIER ROAD AND IN LONG LEAF PINE RUNS NORTH AND SOUTH.

THE WATER TREATMENT PLANT IS WEST OF THE TRAIL HIGH SCHOOL AND JUST LIKE THE GENTLEMEN IS POINTING OUT.

WE'LL HAVE THE WATER TREATMENT PLANT LOCATED THERE AND FOR A WATER TREATMENT PLANT WE NEED WATER SUPPLY WELLS TO PRODUCE WATER AND PUT INTO IT THE DISTRY BUICKS WE HAVE TO HAVE A RAW WATER SUPPLY SOURCE SO WE'RE CONSTRUCTING THREE WATER SUPPLY WELLS AND SOMEONE ON THE TREATMENT PLANT SITE ITSELF AND THE SECOND WELL IS TO THE EAST OF LONG LEAF PINE, SOUTHWEST OF THE HIGH SCHOOL AND THEN THE THIRD WELL SITE HERE IS WEST OF LONG LEAF PINE AND NORTH OF THE TREATMENT SITE.

THAT'S WHERE HE'S POINTING. THAT GIVES YOU A GENERAL OVERVIEW OF WHERE IT'S AT. BACK UP TO THE FIRST SLIDE, PLEASE? WE JUST TALKED ABOUT IT.

THE THIRD WELL IS WHAT WE CALL BACK UP WELL NUMBER THREE.

THAT'S ONE OF THE WELLS THAT WE'RE CONSTRUCTING FROM GROUND WATER TO THE TREATMENT PLANT AND THE ADDRESS IS 7612 LONG LEAF PINE PARKWAY. TALK ABOUT THE LOCATION THERE.

THE WELL IS IN A CENTRAL PART OF THE PROPERTY ITSELF AND IT'S RECESSED BACK OFFSET FROM THE PROPERTY LINES.

THERE'S REALLY NO OTHER EQUIPMENT ON-SITE.

WE DO HAVE SECURITY FENCING AROUND THE PROPERTY.

IN ADDITION, WE HAVE SOME SHRUBBERY AND LANDSCAPING, AND ON THE PLANT OR ON THE WELL SITE, WE DO NOT HAVE ANY BUILDINGS OR TANKS OR LARGE STRUCTURES.

PRIMARILY ON THE NORTH END WE HAVE A DRY STORMWATE ATTENTION BASIN AND TYPICALLY IT'S DRY AND WE'LL HAVE WATER DURING A RAINFALL EVENT AND SHORTLY THERE AFTER AND THE WATER PERCOLATES INTO THE GROUND. SOUTH OF THAT IS A CONCRETE PAD THERE FOR THE WELL STRUCTURE ITSELF.

THE WELL, ITSELF, MOST OF THE WELL IS BELOW GROUND AND THEN ON TOP OF WHAT YOU SEE ABOVE GROUND IS THE ELECTRIC MOTOR FOR THE WELL PUMP. SOME HORIZONTAL RUN OF PIPING WITH VALVING IN IT AND ONCE IT GETS OFF THE CONCRETE PAD YOU SEE THE OUTLINE ONCE THE PIPING COMES OFF THAT, IT TURNS IN AN ANGLE AND GOES DOWN BELOW THE SURFACE OF THE GROUND.

IT ALSO SHOWS YOU WHERE WE HAVE ACCESS DRIVEWAYS FOR OUR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS PEOPLE TO GO IN AND ACCESS THE SITE. WE HAVE INSTRUMENTAL PANELS AND THEN WE'LL HAVE A SMALL RADIO COMMUNICATIONS TOWER WHERE IT COMMUNICATES BACK TO THE TREATMENT PLANT SITE AND HELPS TO TURN THE WELL ON AND OFF. THAT PRETTY WELL TALKS ABOUT THE SITE AND I THINK WE'RE READY TO GO TO THE NEXT SLIDE.

WE'RE HANDLING IT, WE'RE GOING TO PLAN ON CONSTRUCTING A PROJECT UNDER TWO COMPONENTS THE.

FIRST CONSTRUCTION PROJECT IS TO DRILL CONSTRUCT THE WELLS AND PART OF THAT IS PREPARING THE WELL SITES AND THE ACCESS ROADS GOING TO THE WELL SITES AND THAT'S A SPECIALIZED PIECE OF WORK SO WE'LL HAVE A CONTRACTOR DOING THAT.

WE HAVE THAT OUT FOR BID NOW BASED TOP ASSUMPTION THAT WE CAN GET APPROVAL WE NEED FROM ST. JOHN'S COUNTY.

THE SECOND COMPONENT IS THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE WATER TREATMENT PLANT AND THE WELL HEAD ASSEMBLIES.

THE FIRST PUTS IN A WELL AND THE CASING, BUT DOES NOT INSTALL THE PUMP AND THE SECOND CONTRACTOR WILL INSTALL THE PUMP, ELECTRIC MOTOR, THE PIPING AND THE CONTROLS AND ELECTRICAL POWER, AND IT'LL ALSO DO THE FINAL LANDSCAPING OF THE WELL SITE AND INSTALL THE FINAL SECURITY AND THE LANDSCAPING FEATURES.

WE HAVE IT SET UP ON TWO CONTRACTORS BASED ON THE SPECIALIZED NATURE OF THE WORK INVOLVED.

NEXT SLIDE, PLEASE? SCHEDULE WISE, THE PART ONE ON THE DRILLING, LIKE BEFORE, WE HAVE THAT SET UP, WELL WE'RE CURRENTLY IN THE BIDDING PHASE NOW AND WE'RE PLAN ON RECEIVING BIDS DURING EARLY DECEMBER AND GOING THROUGH OUR AWARD PROCESS AND CONTINGENT ON RECEIVING AN APPROVAL FROM THE COUNTY, WE LOOK AT STARTING CONSTRUCTION SOME TIME IN THE MARCH AND APRIL TIMEFRAME AT THE WELL SITE THREE AND LOOKING AT ABOUT A YEAR FOR TOTAL ACTIVITIES THAT WOULD PUT US IN COMPLETION AROUND MAY OF 2022 FOR THE DRILLING OF THE WELL. THE PART TWO CONTRACTOR, LOOKING AT CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES THERE, IT WOULD PICK UP WHENEVER THE PART ONE CONTRACTOR COMPLETED HIS WORK AND TURNED IT OVER. THAT WOULD BE IN MAY OF 2022 WITH COMPLETION OF THE INSTALLATION OF THE PUMP AND THE ELECTRIC MOTOR AND THE REST OF THE WORK AROUND NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER OF 2022. THAT LINES UP WITH THE PROJECTED END OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE TREATMENT PLANT ITSELF IN NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER OF 22. THESE ARE ESTIMATED TIMEFRAMES THAT ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AS PERMITS AND ALSO, IT IS A FUNCTION OF THE APPROVALS. NEXT SLIDE PLEASE.

SHOULD HAVE MENTIONED THIS, BUTJE IS THE OWNER.

CDC SMITH AND THE ENGINEER CONSULTANT IS JASON'S ENGINEERING AND THE PIPELINE IS FOUR WATERS ENGINEERING.

NEXT SLIDE, PLEASE? WE DO HAVE TO MANAGE OUR PROJECTS WITHIN BUDGETS. WE HAVE OUR BACK UP WELL SET UP AS AN ALTERNATE BID ITEM. WE CONSTRUCT ALL THE FACILITIES UP FRONT AND MADE SURE IT'S MORE COORDINATED IF WE RUN INTO PROBLEMS MONEY WISE AND THE BIDS COME IN HIGHER THAN EXPECTED, WE THEN HAVE OPTIONS TO MOVE WELL NUMBER THREE OUT, BUT IT'S MORE

AND ONE OF THE OTHER COMMENTS WAS, WHERE WE HAVE TO OBTAIN THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONER AS APPROVAL, WE WOULD APPRECIATE WHATEVER INSTRUCTIONS THERE ARE ON WHAT DO WE NEED FROM, WHAT INFORMATION DOES THE COUNTY WANT SO WE KNOW WHAT INFORMATION PACKAGE TO PRESENT AND PREPARE TO OBTAIN APPROVAL.
